We want to make your returns process as smooth as possible. We are a wonderful small team working hard to ensure every item is checked before sending but we know sometimes items do not suit everyone and you may wish to return for an exchange. As all items are Pre ordered or Sale items, we only offer exchange on purchases.
In the event that a Full Priced item is in stock you are eligible for a refund instead.
Our policy lasts 14 days from receiving your item. Which means as soon as you have tried the item on you will need to return within 14 days and post back to our address within 14 days also.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Made to order & Coats / Gilets With Furs
Made to order products are non-refundable as they are custom made. Each item is quality checked before sending also, however an exchange for sizing is an option with the exemption of Prinny Coats.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, or made to order products cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please return your order , also with a slip inside stating your name, order number, which item you wish to exchange for and the size that you require.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR ITEM IF YOU ARE OUT OF DATE AS IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE SHIPPING PRICE OF IT BEING SENT BACK TO YOU.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund this is also the case within any 'Free Shipping coded products'.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please also remember that the product you wish to exchange for will highly likely also be a Pre ordered item, taking 10-14 days to arrive again.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
